Each crate carries its orchard block, picking day and grade, signed at the packhouse and checked by the exporter.

Fruit is picked by block and the day is logged.

Crates are carried to the packhouse within the window.

The packhouse grades each crate and signs it.

Graded crates are loaded with their codes.
